““Nice atmosphere at the sportscenter. A variety of rooms and meetingrooms so a good check in advance is required".”
This hotel is suitable for meeting groups or training sessions. It has a nice link with sport. This factor is an extra dimension for the hotel. Food in the restaurant is excellent. meetingrooms perfect and service too. Was here in September 2016, business.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, dinner too. The atmosphere of the rooms was nice and the beds heavenly. The rest of the hotel was also nicely decorated and the location of the hotel was perfect. In short: it was superb!

We had a Junior Suite (#138). The mattresses were too soft for us. Beds were great. Good shower and seperate bath. There was als a coffee making facility (Nespresso Krups) and airco. Breakfast was good. Time of breakfast in the weekends were fine (sat until 10H30 and sun until 12H), We rented bicylcles (reserved in advance € 11 per bike, per day) and got a good explanation of the environment upon arrival. in short: a great stay.

What a beautiful hotel in a amazing environment. Go fo the more luxurious room, was only € 20 more for 2 nights. The room is more trendy and with airco. Breakfast was great. We used the wellness twice. Remember that bathingsuits and slippers are obligatory. Fitness exists of mainly cardio and not really spectaculair. Outdoor exercises is much more fun because of the surroundings and enough obstacles for you to use. I will definitely go back to Hotel Papendal.

Amazing beds, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. There was more than enough to choose from and enough for everyone. Perfect location and quiet. The room is modern and has airco and TV. The entrance of the National Park is only a 5KM drive and easy to reach.

“"sportsheaven"”
Sporting at the Veluwe. Hotel Papendal is your location! We were here for 3 days with friends for clycling. They have a seperate space for our bycicles. We could leave our bikes here at all times, even when we checked out. Their food is well thought out. The only remark I have is that the staff at the bar might be a bit more pro-active and friendly.

Dit hotel is vooral geschikt voor groepen om te vergaderen of les te geven. Het heeft een prettige sfeer door de link met sport. Dat geeft het hotel iets extra. Het eten in het restaurant is uitstekend, de zalen goed en de bediening keurig.
