A fast and tactical combat sport
Fencing is an elegant, fast-paced, tactical, and dynamic combat sport in which both body and mind are used intensively. The goal is to hit your opponent without being hit yourself. Depending on your preference, you can fence with three different weapons: foil, épée, or sabre.
During a duel, fencers constantly try to outsmart their opponent through subtle feints and unexpected attacks.
What will you do?
Under the guidance of former national coach Georges Dérop, you will learn various fencing skills in a fun and interactive way, including feints and surprise attacks. Try to score points against your opponent without getting hit yourself.
The clinic concludes with an exciting duel in which your fencing weapon automatically registers your hits, just like at the Olympic Games!
