Aikido is a gentle yet profound Japanese martial art that prepares you for the challenges of everyday life. It is a search for harmony, both in self defence and in daily living. Aikido is purely defensive and does not include attacking techniques. In situations of danger or stress, practitioners learn to remain calm. Training this sense of calmness is one of the main goals of Aikido.

In addition to self defence, Aikido helps build self confidence, improves energy balance and personal development, and increases endurance. Unlike martial arts such as karate or judo, Aikido does not focus on competition. It is accessible to everyone and no distinction is made between participants.

Relax both body and mind and experience a calmer and more balanced way of life.

What will you do?

During this clinic, you will learn how to express yourself while staying relaxed in different situations. Alongside self defence techniques, you will work on self confidence, personal growth, and endurance.
