Tai chi is a Chinese movement art, focused on the advancement of physical health and mental well-being. You move along with the five elements of the energy philosophy! Water, fire, earth, wood and metal. Relaxation, a good posture and understanding energy patterns are important. The teaching method is designed for everyone to discover what Tai Chi has to offer in a comfortable and informative way and benefit from it.
What will you be doing?
Tai Chi looks like a series of flowing movements which are carried out in a relaxed and steady manner. Not only is it relaxing, but it also helps to keep the muscles and joints loose. You will get back in balance.
